About Us
The Seals helps restaurants and other commercial kitchens keep their refrigerators cold and their freezers frozen. We specialize in replacing gaskets – the seal that frames the inside of a refrigerator’s door and keeps it airtight when closed. We also assist with other commercial kitchen services, including walk-in cooler door hardware, cutting boards, strip curtains, and oven gaskets.
Improperly sealed refrigeration can lead to food spoilage, health inspection violations, increased energy costs, and reduced equipment lifespan. We provide preventive maintenance that addresses these issues before they become a big problem. For the businesses we work with, gaskets are a recurring need, not a want.
We are a locally owned business backed by a national brand with partner locations across the country. See more at our website: https://thesealsgaskets.com/denver-metro/

Who Succeeds in this Role
We’re looking for someone confident and competent, who can handle consultative sales and service.
You might be coming from:
- Restaurant or hotel work — you already know the rhythm of a commercial kitchen and how to talk to a chef, GM, or owner.
- Route sales or delivery (food service, beverage, uniforms, linen, pest control) — you know how to build and hold a territory.
- The trades, appliance repair, or handyman work — and you want the earning upside that comes with uncapped commission.
- Any job where you knocked on doors and were good at it.
- Recent graduate / entry-level with a self-starter attitude and a little charisma.
This is the right opportunity if you:
- Value freedom and autonomy
- Are a self-starter
- Like to work independently and set your own schedule
- Like a simple system with a support team to back you up
- Know how to build, develop, and sustain customer relationships
- Value an uncapped commission structure with a high upside
Must haves:
- Attitude and Intent – relevant experience is helpful, but not required. If you are intentional in your work and have the right attitude, you will thrive here.
- Persistence – “The fortune is in the follow up.”
- Comfort with basic tools – mainly a tape measure and drill. You don’t need to be Mr. Fixit, but need a basic level of comfort with commonly-used tools.
- Integrity – as a service business, our reputation is our most important asset.
- Organization and time management – once trained, you will determine your daily schedule
- Ability to lift 50 lbs, work on a ladder occasionally, kneel, and be on your feet in hot and cold spaces.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license so you can drive throughout your localized territory.
- Ability to store parts temporarily – you will receive parts for work orders that you will hold for a few days at a time.
Helpful but not required:
- Experience working in face-to-face sales environments, or similar
- Experience working in restaurants or other commercial kitchens
- Existing relationships with local restaurant or food service operators
- Hands-on repair or installation experience
Compensation
Each month, you are paid the larger amount of either a guaranteed salary, or the commission you earn. You will also earn a monthly mileage payment.
What you can expect:
- Top performing territory managers exceed $100k in yearly earnings.
- Above average territory managers typically earn $65-90k per year.
- Average territory managers typically earn $50-60k per year.
There is also an opportunity for real career advancement for the right person. You will be the company’s first hire, which gives you an inside track to taking on greater responsibilities within the business as we grow.
